Cohousing-L Mailing List: Another TED Talk in support of cohousing

I'm new to this list so apologies if this was already mentioned. I know that 
Grace Kim did a TED Talk on cohousing that has been pretty popular (2 million 
combined views on TED.com and YouTube and counting). Here's another from last 
August by Susan Pinker who talks about how longevity is tied to regular 
face-to-face social interactions.
