I checked the webpage for the Florida organization that got the grant.
Apparently, what they actually plan to do is convert existing shopping malls
into affordable housing and co-work spaces.
It’s nice that Fannie Mae has cohousing on their collective mind, but that’s
not what the Florida Housing Coalition has on theirs.
If I still lived in Florida, I might try to interest them in co-housing.
