Mary Ellen - I saw your post on the cohousing listerv this morning. I suggest 
you contact your local government and ask about EPA funds.

I have a project in Wyoming that has a big asbestos abatement problem that's 
slowed things down.

Here's a link to the EPA program/s/. i'm not sure what the latest deadlines 
are, but the funds have to pass through the state and local government.
