It's hard to come up with comparables, since each community shares different 
costs. Some need snow removal, some include property taxes, some are 
responsible for some home repairs. With the community not paying for any of 
those items, our dues are about $1300 per household per year. This includes 
operating costs, maintenance and repairs, utilities for common house, some 
hired labor, equipment maintenance, insurance, and reserves at about 75%, 
working our way to 80% goal.
