Phil - I agree that the perception of dues is a bigger issue than how they are calculated. Remember in “Annie Hall”: THERAPIST 1: How often do you have sex? ANNIE: Constantly, 3 times a week THERAPIST 2: How often do you have sex? ALVY: Hardly ever, maybe three times a week! One prevailing attitude around my place is, “The outcome is irrelevant, the formulae say the dues are fair and equal.” I'm interesting in hearing how communities meld the objective and subjective natures of HOA dues calculation and how they herd around people with different views about the value of the dollar.
