Things that are protected/respected are ideas, not language or legal 
requirements. Very few things in legal documents are original. They are based 
on earlier documents — even if we think they are original, examples can usually 
be found of other people having invented the same solution and language. So 
just because it is new to you, doesn’t mean it is unique to the document you 
are reading.

But certainly a note to the community whose documents have been helpful would 
be very nice. And, yes, by the time the documents are approved, they change a 
lot.
