requirements. Let's try again:
If we had a message board setup, we could have long-term categories and threads 
like this:

CH kitchen     
     Design     
     Dishwashers     
     Flooring
Laundry room     
     Rent or buy  
     Regular size or commercial
Pet policies
Sales strategies
Etc.
