Cohousers - If you're on the coho facebook threads, there's been quite a bit of 
recent banter that even most inexpensive cohousing options are unaffordable to 
many seeking intentional communities. I'm a big proponent that the cohousing 
"secret sauce" is more important the housing configuration, itself. In
