It's finally here! This Sunday is the regional gathering in Milwaukee and a chance to meet our cohousing neighbors (no matter where you are in the process of development). I'm looking forward not only to meeting new cohousing friends, but to soaking up the whole lot of energy, motivation, and inspiration that this gathering will generate! I've attached the initial flyer as a reminder of the location and time.. The gathering will begin with a special welcome, via Skype from Colorado, from Alan O'Hashi, president of the board of the Cohousing Association of the US. So far we've got a group of about 15-20 coming. For those of you who have not yet responded, please know that it's not too late to come. I look forward to hearing from you to add you to the list. Know that after the meeting has concluded, some of us will head to the restaurant next door for an evening meal. Hope many of you will join us. Safe travels to those coming from Woodstock, Oak Park, Madison, and Minneapolis. The extended weather forecast for Sunday is sunny, high of 65, and 10% precipitation. A great day for a fall drive! Finally, for those of you staying overnight at the hotel, remember to ask for the discounted rate in the group's name.
