Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cohousing project seeks new members for Langley development

Hello Alan,
This story describes a way that a cohousing group plans to sell some units to 
several non-profits which would rent out to targeted groups.
This concept could be described by Cambridge Cohousing in Boston at the 
affordable conference. I have always remembered it as I thought it was a great 
way to add affordability and diversity.
