Hello,

	We made a decision at last month's General Meeting and handled it 
informally, i.e., "Any objections?  No one has objected, so we've 
consensed."  More formally, Zoom and I'm sure other platforms have Yes and 
No buttons, so one could use "Yes" for "thumbs-up", no action for 
"thumbs-sideways", and "No' for "thumbs-down".
