Seeking a housemate, invested in living and participating in community, to 
share a 3 BR house in Florence with a gracefully aging ;) spirited woman, works 
F/T, loves the outdoors, social plus solitude.  This cohousing community is 
surrounded by woods, has a community garden, alongside a bike path extension, 
walking paths, wooded trails, parking lot, 2-3 miles into 
Northampton/Easthampton/Florence center – bus schedule is limited, car may be 
necessary for winter. Bedroom is on first floor, furnished with queen size bed, 
dresser, large closet, bookshelves, writing desk, wood floors, 3 windows; next 
to full bath, minimally shared. Common space is open floor plan, kitchen fully 
equipped, recycling/composting, basic cable/wifi, w/d in basement. Please, be 
independent, responsible and considerate, ideally at least working or in school 
P/T,  GLBTQI friendlly, no smoking, possibly one cat or dog. Rent $690 
inclusive, will consider sliding scale depending on use, and will barter for 
community chores. Available September 1, lease is 9 or 12 months, based on
