Emerson Commons uses modulars and the construction crews does the
interiors.  I don't know if it was to save money or not.  The developer is
pretty busy but you could try to email and ask questions.
The quality on my house is great. The house inspector said it was a great
job and hurricane proof so I"m a modular fan now.
