owners before we sign the resale certificate, to
make sure that there are no surprises for the new
owners.

Homes are sold on the market as private homes. We
ask the owner to be sure the buyer knows about
cohousing. We orient the buyer to the communitythe
same way we orient any new member. A little
different now with covid but we are still
welcoming and orienting anyone new.
