Cohousing-L Mailing List: Washington State - Collection of Late Fees on Assessments

Greetings,

We are a small co-housing community legally structured as a condominium in 
Washington State.  During the COVID pandemic, Gov. Inslee issued a Proclamation 
that prohibited the collection of late fees on delinquent unit assessments.  I 
have been unable to find out if Gov. Inslee’s proclamation is still in effect 
or has expired.

I am hoping someone on the list might be able to help.
