As list manager I reposted for various reasons two messagse the last couple days with similar references: On Feb 24 Pare Gerou <paregerou [at] gmail.com> wrote: Subject: Early Bank Account Types for Explorer Membership Dues... >Greek Village Cohousing has been at it now for 4 short months and the >interest is strong. On Feb 25 Charles Nuckolls <charles_nuckolls [at] byu.edu> wrote: Subject: Greece Cohousing Community >Greece Cohousing Community is a new project, to be located on the >island of Crete or on the mainland, within sight of the sea. Neither had a URL for more details. Are these two separate efforts? The Nuckolls post did have a Zoom link. It also included: >The cost of a Greek "golden" visa is the cheapest >in Europe, and there is no minimum time in country requirement. I looked up what Greek "golden" visa and found: https://www.goldenvisas.com/greece Golden Visa Greece offering residency without citizenship Launched in July 2013 the Greek golden visa programme grants a five year residency visa in return for an investment in real estate. There is no minimum stay requirement and children up to the age of 21 are included in the family application. The visa is granted for five years and renewed every five years if the property investment is retained. It is not necessary to live in the country in order to retain and renew the investor visa. However citizenship can only be granted after seven years of residency. Fred -- Fred H.
