No real disagreement … but in many or most cases, the “you” selling the 
dwelling unit is not the association, it’s the homeowning household.  The 
association may have some power or influence over this private sale, as 
described in its master deed and bylaws.  But, as Lew emphasizes, neither 
homeowner nor association may discriminate for or against the protected
