The recent series of messages about dogs makes it evident why it took us
years to agree on the dogs part of our pet policy. It's a highly emotional
issue for both dog owners and people with dog phobias/concerns. It's
important and needs to be addressed, but it ain't easy. (It took even
longer to agree about cats.)
