I wish our community had built storage as you described. Some of our units have an attic and some have covered parking where they have carved out a little storage space in the back. But some have no storage. Even if you can’t afford to build it right away, you could include it in the site plan so that a place for it gets set aside to build it later. I think our porches would not look so junky if everyone had ground level storage.
