We are considering instituting our first work requirements after being 
organized for more than a decade.

We would like to know what exceptions you make?  And how do you implement them? 
For ill health, hospitalizations, mental infirmities?  For Temp or Permanent 
Issues?  For time/travel away?

Much appreciate your thoughts and practices.
