I have no idea what a grooming space might look like, but Regine is right,
it's up to community members to decide how they want to use their precious
and limited common spaces. But I'm thinking about the usual advice given to
people who are planning their own personal dream house, namely, will this
make your house really hard to sell one day?

The analogous question in this case would be, will the group regret
devoting space to a very specialized use later on when that one person who
wanted it is no longer there, unless it could easily be repurposed or if
that use was just one possible use of a more general space and the
requester is merely asking if it could be a permitted use.
