Just like Cornerstone in Cambridge Massachusetts, we did something very similar 
here at Takomavillage in Washington DC. 

I remember getting two years worth of tax deductions.   I don’t remember the 
paperwork. That may have been coordinated by a team of people. Obviously I had 
to submit some thing to the tax preparer so there must’ve been some paperwork I 
just don’t remember it being an egregious difficulty.
