I'm interested in knowing what other folks are doing as well. We're about to authorize a group to work on managing interpersonal conflict in a more comprehensive way than our current approach, which I won't describe as it isn't meeting our needs. Of course we are all mature and rational communitarians so this never comes up /sarc.
