Dear cohousing listserv,

We have a sublet available for one month.

Come experience cohousing for a month!  An 800 sq ft 1-bedroom 2nd floor
unit is available for the month of September at Pleasant Hill Cohousing.
 We're located in Pleasant Hill, CA, in Contra Costa County, east of San
Francisco.

Unit is completely furnished in a modern style with new amenities including
a dishwasher, induction stove top, electric oven, and an exercise bike.

There are two decks, one off the kitchen, one off the living. Utilities,
including wifi, are included.

Community amenities:  swimming pool and spa, large common house with
laundry, craft room, sitting room.   Common meals and potlucks twice a
week.  Access to walking and biking trails.  One mile to BART (public
transit).

Rent is $1900 for the month.  Move in date before Sept 1 is possible.
Pets negotiable.
