Hi all, Here is some data (see below) from the live, still ongoing Cohousing Research Network (CRN) cohousing survey that is relevant. It is high-level and based on self reports, but at least one question is comparative and the other seeks an overtime perspective. I could sort the data by community. Ultimately, when the survey is closed in a couple of months, we will do that. Q80 - Have the sale prices of sold units in your community changed over the past few years? (212 Responses) No units have been sold in the past few years 32 Sale prices have been on the rise 138 Sale prices have not changed much on average (including fluctuations up and down) 16 Sale prices have declined 0 Don't know 26 Q83 - How do you think your cohousing property is valued compared to the local real estate market? (218 Responses) Higher than local market 60 About the same 106 Lower than local market 24 Don’t know 28 -Heidi Heidi M.
