Cohousing unit prices

Hi all,

Here is some data (see below) from the live, still ongoing Cohousing Research 
Network (CRN) cohousing survey that is relevant. It is high-level and based on 
self reports, but at least one question is comparative and the other seeks an 
overtime perspective. I could sort the data by community. Ultimately, when the 
survey is closed in a couple of months, we will do that.

Q80 - Have the sale prices of sold units in your community changed over the
