I'm a full member and investor in the River Song Cohousing Community, the
first to succeed out of 10 attempts in Eugene Oregon.  Over the 2.5 years I
have been an investor I have seen a lot of the wonderful benefits of cohos
as well as some of the risks and drawbacks.

I would like to convene a zoom chat with others who are thinking about
investing in cohos as a way to make a little income and a way to make our
world a kinder and more sustainable place for all to thrive.
