Hello again

I left out instructions with steps for getting back to the survey. Below is the 
relevant paragraph from the survey page introduction ::

"We encourage you to complete the whole survey! If you can't finish it in one 
sitting, you may finish in multiple sittings. To do so, simply exit your 
browser and return to the survey later by following the survey link again USING 
THE SAME DEVICE. Your progress will be saved automatically as long as you 
return to it on the same device.”
