I love Zoom but if you are still looking for a different option there is
Discord, which is free to use. Here is the URL to their information page:
https://discord.com/  It works differently, but does have many useful
features.

Zoom is still my go to but Discord does have additional functions for
organizing and fostering online community. We use it to have family
meetings and movie nights, etc.
