Where can I go to find out more about the methodologies used to study and 
measure productivity?  As a manager of, and principal in, architectural 
practices, I always had a pretty good idea of who was producing quality output 
timely, and who else, maybe not so much.  But I have zero idea how to quantify 
this, and determine things like Person A is 5% more productive when seated away 
from the window, but still 8% less productive than Person B.

I think “working at home” is especially important in cohousing since “home" is 
where everyone else is too. I love having people at home more. Even though they 
are very careful to reserve their work time, the vibe is different. It reminds 
me of the 1950s when children came home for lunch and there were enough people 
at home all day that the neighborhood was always alive.
