Just changing the name of the thread because I don't want folks at Swan's
to feel like the blame is on them in any way.  Virgil thank you for
basically saying how I have felt for years.  Sadly I had to sell my house
because of some really nasty neighbors.

And now I am stuck overpaying for where I live and living where I don't
want to be because there is nothing affordable available to me.  Houses and
condos that come on the market that I could afford are snapped up
immediately.  Besides I don't want to live in just any condo, I want to
live intentionally with other folks who  have similar values and
intentions.  So I am stuck and alone and now I have been give  a horrific
diagnosis to boot.

Capitalism has destroyed community.
