Hey there Dear fellow co-housers. *Consent and objections* My Sociocracy For All colleague Pierre Houben is hosing a *class on consent and objections* next week. Level-wise, it's perfect for anyone who isn't quite sure or confident about how to run a consent process in small groups, and how to deal with objections that might come up. The class is 3h and practice-oriented. Pierre is fun and engaging! It's no teaching, just practice practice practice. And I want to say, the scenarios we play in groups of 4 people are the hardest situations I've lived through, just packaged in a way that's fun to play. Those scenarios cover objections, social-emotionally sticky situations, moments where we go off path etc. The next class is for early risers on the East Coast (or, or *super* early risers further west 😛). Sleeper-inners need to wait until late summer ;) The best thing about the class is that somehow, everyone who signs up is super committed to trying, making mistakes and learning, making it a wonderfully safe and constructive environment. 😍 More info <https://www.sociocracyforall.org/events/category/classes/advfacilitation/> Ted P.S.
