The original idea was that they would be ALL affordable.  The newer iteration 
is to invite 6-8 downsizing people who can pay "market rate" (whatever that 
means) to buy into our project -- if that means they would be selling their own 
3-4 bedroom house.  We'd build 3 (large) houses and by doing so make 6 or 8 
houses available to others.

Curious why you ask?
