Cohousing-L Mailing List: ARC - creating our Architectural Review Committee

Hello Coho Friends,

At River Song in Eugene, OR we have already managed to go through an
interim architectural review process which was made time sensitive because
a number of us had to get our HVAC heat pumps upgraded prior to summer heat
and smoke.  Having done that successfully now it is time to put in place
our actual ARC that will consider all future proposed projects affecting
the exteriors of our structures.

Please email me directly with guidelines, criteria, and procedures your
community may have that could help us define our ARC and how it handles
requested 'exterior' projects.  Thanks so much.
