Here’s an exciting thought: have you considered living in a sustainable 
community outside the U.S.? How about an environmentally and socially conscious 
cohousing neighborhood in Nosara, Costa Rica, a beach town on the Pacific 
Coast, with year-round food growing, abundant native trees and flowering 
plants. Good news — Shift Esperanza is open to new community members. This 
email is to invite you to learn more on a Zoom call this coming Weds. 12/20 @ 5 
PM PDT, 6 PM MDT, 7 PM CDT and 8PM EDT.

include: community values, location, site plan, estimated prices, timeline, and 
background on the development team.

in Nosara, Costa Rica from February 10-17, 2024. During this fun and relaxing 
week you can walk the Shift property, see the permaculture farm now in its 
third year, meet the developer, and connect with future residents.
