Hello,

I once again I had the pleasure of being at a cohousing dinner
tonight, this time sitting next to Fred Olson who created and managed
this C-L list Serv since it's beginning.

He showed me that 49,999 posts have been posted so far, so with this
posting we have hit the big 5-0.

Let's hear a big round of applause for Fred and his tireless
dedication to cohousing and this list.

         THANKS FRED!

And to all of us co-posters over the many years, Thanks for all that
so many of you have shared here!

Here he is at one our events at Monterey Cohousing here in Minnesota:

Truth be told, I don't think he actually used the chain saw, but it
made a better photo.

He did help with other Work Contribution Day tasks that October day.

And as usual, we shared dinner together afterwards...

May we all enjoy a healthy 2024 in cohousing!
