Hello,

I'm part of Cohaus in Auckland, New Zealand.
We use the following software/platforms

Slack (free version) for messaging, with ~15 channels. We have 40 x users.
The free version is limited to displaying the last 90 days of messages.
Google Suite: file storage and google docs
Website: cohaus.nz/ not something that we keep up to date well, have
recently looked at Google Sites for as a simple intranet that can control
user access
Smartrak <https://smartrak.com/> & Poolcar <https://smartrak.com/poolcar/> for
managing our shared car fleet (GPS telemetry + Booking). We also use
Poolcar for managing bookings for our guestroom
Xero: for book-keeping, issuing invoices forats utilities and levies
Utilities billing: we use a new SaaS tool that integrates with Xero to bill
our Utilities (Electricity, Central HW, Shared cars, Internet, Refill
Station)
Clipboard & Tally Sheet: for shared laundry & purchases of bulk supplies
(household products & bulk fresh milk)

Best regards,
Josh Yeats
