Looking for feedback from community members who might have created a Care
Circle, or similar community group. At Sunnyside Cohousing we are looking to
further develop our Aims and Domains. What Aims and Domains have you included
in your Circle? What have you found helpful that best serves your community in
supporting relationships and members in the community?

Currently, we have the following Aims and Domains:

Aims:

  * Establish a variety of resources that will serve the interpersonal needs
of Sunnyside Village and support relationships within the community.
  * Foster the practice of respectful/compassionate communication among
members within the community.

Domains:

  * Maintain a Resource Roster of member-volunteer Relationship Facilitators
who can act as mediators for any conflicts/concerns that may arise within the
community.
  * Bring Karen Gimnig in as needed for professional help with any
controversy beyond the skills of our member volunteers.
  * Support a ListServe (or other similar app with immediate response time)
for community members to join voluntarily to exchange information, ask for
assistance, arrange shopping trips, etc.
  * Take the temperature of the community periodically via an anonymous
questionnaire process.
  * Submit a budget for Care Circle member training to Finance Circle.
  * Report our development plans and activities to the Membership Circle.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
