Let me try that again, but when I did that a while back the folks it turned up
where all unwilling to service a Jackson on a residential site.

Tom, you might start with the manufacturer, Jackson. Their website has a form
for locating a "service agent" using your Zip code:

At a glance, they have at least three agents near Atlanta.
