Cohousing of Greater Baltimore's aim is to establish the first cohousing
community in the Baltimore area and the first for 55+ active adults in
Maryland. To that end, we have found a site that we are
seriously considering.  We have been inviting potential investors and
buyers to learn more about it. Our consultant, Katie McCamant of Cohousing
Solutions, Inc. learned more about it on Feb 28 when she made her first
visit to Baltimore.  We walked around the site, situated just a mile from
Johns Hopkins University and smack in the midst of many walkable
amenities.  She could really see our vision.  If you've been thinking about
joining us, now is the time!  If you know anyone looking for cohousing in
Baltimore be sure to share this info.
