Jerry Koch-Gonzales would be first on my list. He’s been doing NVC for decades 
and lived in Pioneer Valley Cohousing, now Cherry Hill Cohousing, for years. 
The added value, of course, is that he is a leading sociocracy expert and 
trainer.
