Our community is in the process of reviewing and reconsidering our process for 
the re-sale of units.  We are relatively a young community and only recently 
have had two of our units re-sell.  Specifically, we would like to know:

Does your community have limitations on the use of realtors, so that the sale 
is handled by the community itself?  If so, how does the community charge for 
this service?
Does your community limit the homeowners resale price in any way in order to 
maintain the community’s affordability?
Does your community have any other process for helping new homeowners with the 
affordability of the units and association fees?
Who would be a good person to contact in your community for more information?
