We’ve never had any homeowners use AirBnB for a short term rental, but we have 
had rentals of all sorts in our 24 years: short term, long term, roommate, 
whole house. For the most part our renters have been great community 
members/neighbors, with some exceptions, but the same could be said for our 
homeowners.
