Γεια Σασ!  Would you have interest in living in Greek Village Cohousing
part time or seasonanaly?  Over the last two years, we’ve heard from some
special people on this forum.  They’ve told us they are very attracted to
Greek Village Cohousing but cannot not live in Greece year round.  Some are
founders of their own communities or long-time residents.



With the recent news about the Golden Visa Permanent Residency benefits
going from 250k to 400k soon, there is a stampede on buying homes in Greece
– the last bastion of EU healthcare, college, and business benefits for a
real estate purchase.  We will fill up with people attracted to cohousing
who are leaving the US as well as others who are attracted to cohousing and
want to get the benefits of EU permanent residency and the Mediterranean
climate and lifestyle.



However, we would love for our core group to include people who have
significant experience living in intentional community. We believe your
wisdom and talents and communitarian spirit  would beautifully compliment
the Greek Village ethos and spirit of philoxenia in Greece.  You in turn
would benefit from the beauty, climate, and Mediterranean village lifestyle
as well.



Thus, we’ve decided to offer part-time second homes as well as seasonal
timeshare options to communitarians who have experience living in cohousing
or intentional community.

We are a truly an international community.  Our homes are in a breathtaking
location, with idyllic climate and 360 days of sunshine—year round outdoor

We have a “5 star” coworking suite in our Common House, with a sound proof
Zoom room and a to die for view, hiking is at your doorstep, world class
beaches are a 20 minute drive down the road, vibrant city and Greek taverna
nightlife is 20 minutes the other direction, the healthcare is high quality
and far cheaper, life is far safer for children, and we have an exciting
experiential alternative school planned, we have a farm, a vineyard, olive
orchard, restaurants and a spa to walk to, incredible historical sites a
short drive away, and so much more.



We’ve started excavation and hope to be fully built in 2 years.  Let me
