Hi Elizabeth and all,

Being over quota means your mailbox is full.
If you're using a Google account, the free version provides 15GB of storage
by default, but that is shared by your email, Google Drive and Google
Photos.
At the bottom of your Gmail.com inbox you can see how much space you have
used and what your total allowed space is. You can also click on that link
next to the storage and it will tell you how much is being used by gmail,
drive, photos, etc. Another option is to go to https://myaccount.google.com/
to check your quota.
