proud to announce that our 4th annual online conference will be held on
November 23, 2024, under the theme Sociocracy in Intentional Communities:
Empowering Our Vision.

Whether surfacing a dream, deepening perspective as an established
community, or renewing the vision in the face of change, our speakers and
workshops will connect experience, wisdom, and support to your community's
growth. What you’ll take away:

   - Proven strategies to help guide effective sociocratic self-governance
   in practice
   - Tips & skills to build member capacity and resilience
   - Ways to anchor your forming community to a clear identity and purpose
   that attracts values-aligned new members


Our online conference will celebrate the best of intentional community
culture and introduce you to some truly amazing people.

We are looking for presentations of wisdom and experience and/or
participatory workshops about practical tools that convey how sociocracy
supports community life and can inspire other communities with their use of
sociocracy. Presentation slots are 50-minutes in length. Please complete
