Hi, all. Our common house building is reserved often by residents for
personal group use. Examples: work retreats, parties, weddings, concerts,
teen sleepovers. I'm interested in receiving sample use checklists from
other communities, especially with an eye toward community risk management.

AND, we have been discussing a possible weightlifting corner for teens in
our multi-use ch basement space; it's the Same question-does anyone have
guidelines to share from a risk management perspective? Or comments? My
