Hi Again,

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the people who responded to my 
request for information about setting unit entitlements.  It was enlightening 
for our group to hear the stories of diverse communities, both the struggles 
and the triumphs.

I should add that we understand that the legal context we live in will narrow 
our own particular choices.  We live in a province with many pre-existing 
cohousing communities and that helps us in many ways.  We are also fortunate 
because we’ve had a lawyer in our group from the very beginning, helping us 
work effectively with our hired legal counsel.  I agree with Pare that legal 
matters are of critical importance to get right so that communities can avoid 
messy situations down the line.

Once again, much gratitude for your willingness to share your own stories about 
setting unit entitlements.
