Looking for insights. Cohousing ABQ in Albuquerque broke ground on Saturday and 
we have just 3 unreserved units remaining. We are excited to have 12 children 
already. However most of our kids are under age 6. We have two older children, 
ages 9 and 12, and another age 8, and are hoping to get another family with 
some older kids (pre-teen and/or early teens). Our Membership Team is wondering 
if any of you found a good way to reach out or market to parents of older kids. 
We’d appreciate any experience or thoughts you might have. 

Albuquerque does have families get transferred here for military postings or 
university positions, but we haven’t found a way to connect with those 
audiences.
