As you may tell from  my clumsy subject line, this system is already 
confusing, and like Tom, I am not techy and changes are usually challenging.

I have also been in Io groups, which seem to work fine, though I have no idea 
how they’re set up or what maintenance is required.

Also, I am biased against and try to avoid anything Google for a number of 
reasons, which I’d be glad to outline, but it seems a distraction from this 
conversation.
