Hi everyone I know this has been discussed here before, and I've done a search and found a handful of mentions. AND- I'm asking again because I'm interested in whats working now, how you all are navigating and what some of the challenges and possibilities might be: How does your co-housing condominium association handle late monthly payments (whether termed assessments, dues, etc.) by residents? Are there late fees? When is a late fee invoked? Is it a set amount or percentage of the monthly fee? How much is it? And is there a fee for a bounced check?
